Worked with the sales leadership team of one of the largest educational publishers. Developed three day, face to face sales skills training program – Essential Sales Skills for the K-12 Market.  Program included extensive organizational background work and post-workshop follow-up.




Non-Profit Professional Development Provider

Conducted market research studies in the area of teacher professional development. Created a customized sales and marketing program to All Kinds of Minds sales team and external sales partners.




Online Teacher Professional Development Provider

As part of an engagement to help this organization build its marketing capacity, we designed a sales training program to help outreach partners sell  online professional development courses effectively.

Designed a sales training program to help field representatives sell services within the framework of their mission and philosophy.

 

Regional Daily Newspaper 

Worked with this regional newspaper to develop and deliver leadership training programs. Created multi-year curriculum for management team and individual contributors




Submarine Manufacturer

Delivered customized leadership development program as part of an partnership with Rensselaer Learning Institute. The leadership development program was delivered to all levels of corporate, frontline and union leadership as part of a three-year culture-change initiative. Also administered MBTI instrument and then designed and delivered MBTI workshop to senior leadership




National Insurance Company

Worked with this large insurer to build an interactive, online reference library to streamline claims payments. By putting underwriting guidelines and adding extensive search capabilities, the insurer was able to make claims paying consistent across their 600 person workforce and thereby reduce unnecessary expenses.

 

Learning Road Map for Educational Test Publisher

We reviewed the extensive professional development resources for an internationally known publisher. We developed a road map to help them effectively address the evolving educator professional development market.  We created linkages between their product lines and recommended courses of action for achieving their goals.




Game-based Learning Publisher

Developed sales and marketing strategy for online, game-based startup publisher to market a personal finance course to high school and college students.  Sold licenses to schools and colleges. Developed key relationships with state and federal banking offices.
