We’ve discovered that many of our customers have benefitted from the learning services outlined below.  Each service is customized to the unique and specific needs of each client.


Personal Learning Solutions


  1. •MBTI and Personality Type. Each individual has a unique personality type that has an impact on how they work, what they like to do and how they interact with others. We use the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) to help determine personality profiles and to build a greater understanding of the how personality dynamics play a role at work.

  2. •Coaching. Professional coaching is an effective way to assess skills and gain feedback in a constructive, planful way. We offer confidential coaching support for our clients. This support can include the use of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and is often conducted via the telephone.

  3. •Services follow-up. We include individual follow-up in the context of the services we provide. This service allows us to more easily transfer knowledge and build skills in key employees. It is a key component in building an organization’s capacity.
