Team Building

Appreciating the differences in how each of us approaches work and interpersonal relationships is important when trying to foster teamwork and channel conflict. We use the the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator to help individuals understand their strengths and weaknesses and learn how different styles affect a team environment.

Value of Team Building Program

Led by highly accomplished practioners, this program helps teams understand how working together can lead to better group and individual results. Participants will learn practical skills and strategies which they can put to immediate use.


The team building workshop can be delivered in a half-day or full-day format and makes an excellent topic for off-site team meetings. Team members take the MBTI assessment ahead of time and learn about their results during the program.

In the Workshop, Participants:

  1. learn their preferences for interacting with one another

  2. gain insights into how they solve problems and make decisions

  3. participate in exercises intended to build appreciation for how different styles can benefit a team

  4. work together to analyze the team and gain an understanding of its overall strengths, weaknesses and ways for the team to work together effectively.
